Can I input Asian language in MOPRESS?

MOPRESS is base upon English at the moment. We are preparing for you to enter Asian language soon. We will update when it can be done.
Please DO NOT Asian languages (double byte language) in the editor, such as 'Title', 'Subtitle', 'Description', nor the textbox.

Making an Order
How do I upload my photos for printing?

So, it is about time to upload your photos. After you have logged into MOPRESS and chose the books or cards you want, by clicking "Make my prints now!" and filling in all the necessary information, MOPRESS EDITOR will prompt a hint to remind you adding photos to your projects. By clicking "Add photos" from top left corner, you will be able to upload your photos and enjoy the projects for printing your memories.

Can I save my project and continue later?

YES! By clicking on the top right corner, "SAVE" of the editor, you can save your projects anytime. If you want to come back again to this project, just go to "My Account" after you have logged in, and you can find all your projects in the "DRAFT" tab.

How can I check and preview my project before I order it?

After you have finished your project, click on "Finish Editing" at the top right corner, please click on "Preview" and you can preview your project. We strongly recommend you to go through every page of your project to confirm your placement before clicking on "Finish Editing".

How do I know my order went through correctly?

We will send you a confirmation mail about your order. At the same time, you can also check your "Order History" from the "Account" section. Just in case, please check your Junk mailbox in your e-mail service platform, and sometimes our system mails will be treated as junk/rubbish mails.

Can I cancel my order?

NO. We apologize you cannot cancel your order. All of your projects are customized print projects and we are unable to cancel your projects since we proceed with printing after you have confirmed your order. We recommend you to check your projects page by page and go through your "Preview" of the projects, too, before placing an order.

Can I make edits to the items I already ordered?

NO, the items already being ordered will be locked and ready to be printed shortly.

How do I order another copy of the same book?

You can log into MOPRESS and find your previous project in the "MY BOOK" section in your account. You can make another order of the projects there by adding those projects into your shopping cart.

I have coupon, how to use?

You can only use one (1) coupon per order. When you at checkout, please enter your coupon code and press the click beside to initiate the code. If you have several codes, it will only initiate the latest code you have enter. Please remember, all our code EXCLUDE postage and handling charge.

I have voucher, how to use?

You can only use one (1) voucher per order. When you at checkout, please enter your voucher code and press the click beside to initiate the code. If you have several codes, it will only initiate the latest code you have entered. You can use one (1) voucher code plus one (1) coupon code together.

Printing Information
What is the difference between a lay flat photo book and a perfect bound one?

Lay Flat binding:
The cover is glued only to the sides of the spine so that a lay flat book can be spread out when open. A strip of gauze is glued to the spine edge of the book block to hold the signatures or pages together. This allows the book block to "float" over the spine and lay flat when opened.

Perfect binding:
It is a method of binding that puts all the signatures or pages together into a book block, roughens the binding edge, and uses a flexible adhesive to attach the paper cover to the book block.

Do cards come with envelopes?

We have a special design envelope for all our cards/postcards projects. It is used to package the set of the cards you have ordered. These envelopes will come in caries in sizes. And, please let us know if you really like that and we will put in more for you in future.

Technical Issues
I cannot use my mobile phone or pad to get to MOPRESS, HELP!!!

MOPRESS is not yet able to browse from neither mobile devices nor pad. We will have APP version ready for both iOS and Android soon. Stay tune, we will let you know.

I cannot find MOPRESS EDITOR. HELP!

Please enable pop-up window for your browser and the MOPRESS EDITOR will come right up for you. Make sure MOPRESS is in your "Always allow" option list.

How do I know if my photo is suitable for printing?

When you upload your photos, MOPRESS EDITOR will calculate the size and resolution for all your photos to ensure the best printing quality. You must not upload any Images or any other material, or any content within such images, which contain any threatening or defamatory or blasphemous or pornographic material or show any kind of child abuse, or are racially offensive or abusive of any religion or likely to incite hatred against any person or group or are otherwise criminal or offensive in the minds of reasonable people or are obscene or menacing or harassing or breach any applicable law.

What photo formats do you support?

MOPRESS is supporting JPEG format (.jpg or .jpeg), which widely use in all cameras and mobile phones.

I'm seeing white spaces instead of products, what should I do?

In MOPRESS EDITOR, you can find layout function on your right hand side column. Click on "Format" you can find varies of page layouts for both text and pictures. We are not YET able to let you add in text or pictures freely, but, who knows? ^_<

Something wrong with my photo, it has been squeezed or elongate, HELP!

Please do not worry, if you see your photo has been squeezed or elongated or change shape, please drag the same photo to that particular space again. Sometimes internet acts in a bizarre way.

Payment
What currency are your prices in?

All our products quoted are based upon Singapore Dollars.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit cards via PayPal. We are also issuing vouchers/coupons for easy payment system. Come back and check with us shortly for this service.

Do you charge GST?

No, MOPRESS prints and gets all the final magical touch in Singapore.

Do I need a billing address?

Payment processing is handled by PayPal whether you make payment by credit card or through the PayPal system. All billing address information is managed by PayPal. We recommend that you read PayPal's privacy policy before you provide payment or billing information through this Website. We stores delivery address information, but not billing address information. PayPal meets international Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and none of your card information is shared with MILK. More information on how Pay Pal protects your billing details can be found at here.

Can I request for house delivery?

We have provide door to door delivery services.

When can I collect my products? When will I know when my book is done?

Your order will be sent out in 10 days after placing the order, and we will send you tracking number when your order has been set out.

Do I need to create an account to order?

YES, please create an account to place your order. We may send you surprise every now and then. Create an account here.

Can I re-order a past purchase?

YES! You can find your projects being stored in the "MY BOOK" section which is in "My Account". You can check your projects there and make another order accordingly.

I forgot my password and can't log in. How do I reset my password?

Click here to reset your password. We will send you a mail and you can reset your password by following the instruction in the e-mail.

How do I change my password?

Once you have logged in MOPRESS, you can find "Change Password" under "Account." You can change your password there.

How do I delete my account?

How do I change my email address?

We apologize you cannot change your email address since it is your log-in ID.

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?

We are sorry to hear this... We apologize our newsletters give you troubles. Once you have logged in MOPRESS, you can find "Newsletter" under "Account." You can subscribe or unsubscribe from there.

Where can I see my previous orders I've placed?

Once you have logged in MOPRESS, you can find "Order History" under "Account." You can find all your previous order history there.
